The subdivision is nestled in Rochester Hills, in northern Oakland County, Michigan. Our neighborhood features 148 homes, many mature trees, stately landscaping, a private park with direct access to the Clinton River and is conveniently located within 10 minutes by car to downtown Rochester with easy access to I-75 and M-59.
